That was a target from Rinehart. It's really cool too, because its relatively lightweight and you can toss it around and get shots at different distances. Being small like that the correct judging of distance really comes into play!

I saw a site that said you only need 25-41 ft lbs for a deer, antelope size,42-65 ft lbs for a elk, black bear,65 and up for grizzly, cape buffalo. So you should be fine http://www.huntersfriend.com/bowselection.htm

That is just the way it has always come. Some guys like one, some 3 some even up to five. Personal preference kinda deal.

    Thanks,

Thanks Randy. I'll be useing 2 pins. One for 20 yards and the other for 30 yards. I'm using the pins that I bought years ago. I'll be shooting 30 yards and in this Sunday.

    Slider versus Pro Slider

Can you tell me the difference(s) between a Slider and a Pro Slider?
When was the "Slider" last offered?

Only real difference is limb and poundage. The Slider is a 165lb draw and the ProSlider is a 175lb draw. Sliders were made in 2006 and 2007. ProSliders were started in 2006 and are still being made.
Quick way to tell the difference is the Slider will have a black barrel and the ProSlider will have a bronze barrel.

    string

    Cactus,
The string is made of 22 strands of B-66 and is 37.5 inches long. You need to put about 13 twists in it when it goes on. You can find all the string and cable information in the owners manual on page 21. If you don't have one, click on the link below.

    Serving

I've done lots of serving on a compound, how do you change the serving on a TL7 ,do you remove the bow from the rail assembly or just block up the string then serve. Thanx in advance

You can do it either way. Probably easier to do it with the front end off. You need to get the serving nice and tight.

I have Stealth11 with the moveable scope base, This past X-mas I got a pro-view scope and put it on (had a millet red dot before). I tightened the base set screw so I can't use the adjustable lever but the front of the base does move. I only used it one day (took 11 pointer) Is there any way to make that solid or just ignore it . It sure shoots good.

    Red,
Yes, there is a part that we sell that will lock that scope rail in place. Just tightening the screws will not work well. That bracket is designed to pivot.

    redclub,
i also have a stealth with the adjustable scope base and all i do is tighten the black screw at the rear of the base and just ignore it for the most part , other then a quik check once in a while to be sure the black screw is still tight and the thumb lever is in the correct position. works fine for me been shooting it this way for 7 years now.....jeff

    Interchangeable front ends?

Curious, with the '07 Pro -Slider I bought, if I were to purchase a GT FLex, would those front ends be interchangeable between the bows?
I might have a deal working on a Flex, like that bow too:)
