My dad's new Darton LTD and my new DS-3800

Finally thawed out enough to open my boxes I got from Darton this week.

Got my dad a Serpent LTD. Will post a write up later after I shoot it some more.

Inital impressions in one word "Sweet" :)

Welcome to the world of Darton.

Looken good..
Question - your writeup says "no" on the limb saver.  But in your pictures, the big limb savers are in place about midway up the limbs, though I don't know the brand..!

I picked those specs off the web. The LTD I got came with them from Darton.

They look like Limbsaver Superquads.  They are what I have on my vert Frankenbow.

Congratulations to the new Bow and X-Bow from Darton! I can tell you that you made the right choice with the Serpent LTD, it is great to shoot! :thumbsu:

Just finsished my testing and review of  the Serpent. Nice crossbow! The  review can be seen on Crossbow Magazine's Product Review page within the next 2 weeks.
