Hi there,
I recently purchased a Tacoma Trac-150 and have really enjoyed shooting it.
The problem is, I can't seem to find a replacement string/cable for it. I found a string chart on the Horton website and it has the ST151 string listed and a ST152 cable listed. My xbow was purchased in January 2012 and is a single unit. Any idea which one I should use and if so, where in the world can I buy it? I have scoured the internet for anyone who sells either of these part numbers with no luck. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Have you tried VIPER X? Do an internet search on them and if your string is not listed give them a call, they can probably make you a premium string cheaper than buying a stock OEM string. A whole lot of us crossbow users buy Viper X premium.strings for our bows as they are higher quality and usually cheaper than OEM... Viper X also carries / makes replacement cables for Horton bows too.

I would like to buy a reverse limb cross bow , I was all set to purchase a recon  from bass pro over two years ago, but no cocking aid !So I bought a ten point. Then a another outfitter had a sale and I was all set to buy a Vision again no cocking aid I phone your head office and spoke with two different individuals and was told that you would have one soon but i  gave up.
So my question is which one of your new reverse limbs bow do you recommend  and do you have a cocking aid for them (crank style ) because I am paralyzed from the chest down !

Pan , I would call Horton , not wait till a rep looks at this site. May never hapen.  Send it in to Horton and let them repair it . Sounds like the arrow wasn't seated to the string.  The 20" arrows are the correct ones for that bow.  It also helps to post pictures of the bow when asking questions . Lets us see the bow and what it has on it as far as scope rails and such  .
Good luck

I recently traded for an older Yukon, and bought a Limbsaver kit for it.  My question is, can I remove the riser along with the limbs and string to get the stirrup off?

Mike,  there should be two allen head set screws under your quiver mounting bracket on the bottom side of the riser that hold the stirrup in.  Give that a try.
