Thank you Toytruck. You are absolutely right a out how the Excalibur Company stands behind all their products. I located the phone number in Canada and called them about the parts we needed.  I spoke to a gentelman named Peter who promptly took the information needed and the pasts are on the way.
We are so pleased with our Excalibur xbows and from what I read the company is superior in customer service.  We have purchased three Excalibur xbows and all the equipment including custom camp bags and surely feel that we made the right choice.
