Regarding the Rage broadhead, some users are using that broadhead with some luck but we have not had a chance to try them ourselves.

Hi Peter
Could you please give me a few contacts as I have already tried Cabelas and they said they could not ship to South Africa because of some customs restrictions.

BTW, the impetus for owning (multiple) crossbows is in the bible, wherein it states that "man cannot live by bread alone." Clearly, that means crossbows.....with which one can eat venison. It's right there! But I have to admit I just made the 'multiple' part up.

Shooting from a tree stand can alter your aiming point and how much it changes is determined by how high you are and how close to your stand the target is. It all comes down to the angle at which you are shooting at. If you are 20 ft. hight and the deer is 10 ft. from the bottom of your tree the arrow will shoot higher than normal due to the effect of gravity on the arrow, not to mention this would be a really tough shot. The only real way to know where the arrow will impact at a certain distance from your tree stand is to practice shooting from your stand. The steeper the angle, the lower you will need to aim.

This fall I lost a moose after shooting in the vital at less than 10 yards. It was a large moose.the bolt went only about 8" in the moose hitting only one lung sugestind a rib hit.Searched the moose for over 4.5 hours, through montains until I lost the tracks and heavy rain spoiled all tracks.
Here my question :Can I buy a exomax rail at a good price to update my Exocet cause I fear to shoot at a moose and repeat the same shot.
Exomax having a lot more kinetic Energy so the bolt would pass through .
