I have had some say the same thing.  The problem is that I cannot duplicate it.  For most of the members, this doesn't happen. Sometimes when a picture file is big, the picture will start of big when the page starts to load, but it should resize when fully loaded.  I can't figure why it doesn't work for all unless your page has not fully  loaded.

I just read an older topic regarding the same thing.  Try hitting your refresh button if this happens again and see if that helps.

Another thing to try, is the "compatability view" in IE. It can help.
It's the broken page button next to the refresh button on the menu bar.
