sorry, didn't see this topic earlier.  Just click on "my settings" in the drop down menu under your name in the top right hand corner.  Then click on "profile" in the link bar.  It will bring up a menu on the right hand side that looks like this.  It is there you will find you answer.  Feel free to click on all the links and explore the site and its features.  Most members don't even use 20% of the sites capabilities.  Also check the "Help" menu under your name.
