Just got this via email

It seems the WI Governor has appointed 3 new replacement members to the Natural Resourses Board. Here is one of them.

Gregory Kazmierski, Mukwonago, is the owner and operator of Buck Rub Outfitters, Ltd., an archery range and retail store in Pewaukee. He grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm in Mukwonago and in the 1970s was a licensed well driller. He is a cofounder of the Wisconsin Hunters’ Rights Coalition, current president of the Safari Club International Dairyland bowhunters Committee of the Wisconsin Chapters, and is a former Wisconsin Bowhunters Association board member, chapter president and WBH life member.

Slim to none!! This is the new appointee's position & attitude towards the crossbow & the crossbow buying hunters who frequent his store:

Quote

"I'm not for legalizing crossbows for anybody during archery season. I know all about them. They are superior and more efficient. You don't have to hold the (draw) weight of the bow. Typically if I sell somebody a crossbow, we'll have it sighted in for them. They walk out there on the range and shoot a bull's eye. It doesn't require the participation that it does to be an archer."

and

"there's the guys that I would kind of call slob hunters. They always look for the easiest, best way they can to do the least amount of effort, and I would have concerns with that. The law states 30 pounds is a legal bow. I see very few guys that legitimately, even with a doctor's permit, who couldn't pull and handle a 30 pound bow. That's the other frustrating side."

Great attitude & does not even know the crossbow he sells. Just pockets the money & then stabs the crossbow hunter in the back!  It just shows what can happen once political favors & politics in general think THEY can run the DNR rather than people trained to do so! Does ANYONE other than the WBH & politicans feel snowmobilers, attorneys, lobbyists & businessmen are more capible to run the DNR than scientist & people trained to do so?? The DNR's responasibility is to the state & it's well being ( forests, streams, lakes, all animals..ect...) NOT political agenda's, favors & paybacks! Will the direction of the DNR change with the political climate in WI every four years....or will it be too late!!!

SOO... does that mean people that can draw 60-70# bows DON'T have a superior and more efficient hunting weapon over the person that can only draw 30#'s ???
Sure sounds like someone not thinking before they make comparisons.

Wow.  Do you notice "xranger" NEVER REALLY DENIED being "Rancid"?  He merely tried to slide his way around it with verbal subterfuge.

Sheesh.
