I have had this target for roughly 3 weeks. I only shoot on the weekends. I do quite a bit of shooting with Swhackers and Slick Trick broadheads. I am shooting an Excalibur Equinox with FFF string. I am already shooting through this target with arrow sticking out the other side 4-6 inches at 20 and 30 yards. This target costs over 100 dollars. For those interested I would look at other options.

I have one as well and a 455 grain arrow (20 inches) whistling by at about 305 fps gets buried within about 4 inches of the veins (semetimes within 2 inches of tha veins). I'm not really satisfied either for 130 bucks.
It says rated for 400 fps, but I dont see that happening. Just my opinion. :thumbsd:

skg2004 I think you are right on about the Rhinehart. I had a Block F-21 target before this and would sometimes have my inserts and broadheads come loose inside my block target. I would then have to dig them out. I was worried that with a Rhinehart I would not be able to do this. Since I have been gluing my inserts in with Gorilla Glue blue top, this has no longer been an issue.

FLA-XBOW are you using field points or broadheads? I was shooting mostly broadheads like Swhackers and slick tricks. I was using electrical tape around the ferule of the Swhackers so they would not open on impact.

Block targets did what they said they would do and sent me a new target. What they sent me looks like a standard F-18 target. Previously, I had the crossbow block target. I really appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately when I took it out for the first time today, I shot through it again like the other one.

I have the block fusion for xbows 400+ fps model- absolute junk.  I have the Rinehart Rhino Brute - absolutly the best broadhead target I've ever owned.  For field points you cannot beat just about any morrel target. bone-collector, eternity ect. They all stop a 425 fps bolt.

Stay away from the
Morrel Sixshooter. Ruined fletching on over a dozen arrows.I have
a piece of 1/2" plywood covered with conveyor belting attached and its the only thing stopping them from going right through. Switched to 18/1 and arrow only goes in about
6". Easy removal with a little lube on first 8" of arrow.
Happy shootin,

Really how many times do you havve shoot broadheads.  If they fly right on 2 or 3 shots nothing will change when shooting a deer. field points for practice from trees barns where ever you want. Rage give you a practice head that flys true.  shooting stick or steady eddy helps alot too.

THANK'S FOR ALL INFO ON TARGETS. I'M SHOOTING A TELSON 130 WITH  GOLDTIP LASER 3 AND AT 20 YARDS' ARROWS ARE GOING ALL THE WAY INTO BLOCK FUSION[149.00 TARGET]WITHIN 1 INCH OF TOUCHING AEROVANES. I'VE HAD A OLD BLOCK [50 POUND] OUTFITTERS LAYERED TARGET AND THIS WORK'S BETTER THAN THE FUSION. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE OLD BLOCK HAS SERVED IT'S TIME AND IS PRETTY WELL SHOT OUT. I'M SENDING THE NEW BLOCK FUSION BACK TO CABELAS . THINK I'M GOING TO ORDER RINEHART RHINO BRUTE FOR BROADHEADS AND MORRELS BAG[ETERNITY]TARGET FOR FIELD POINTS.[ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.]

I have a Morrell bone collector 400 fps target that I use for field points....very easy removal....stops arrows from my Tornado with about 6" penetration.....it's a little on the heavy side....but works well....if you want an unbeatable field point target....go with a Spyderweb

I shoot a PSE Tac 15i and I put two block broadhead targets back to back and a Bone Collector outdoor range target behind them to make sure.  With a factory practice broadhead, I penetrate the first target and half way through the second.

How's that on the fletching? Sounds expensive!!!
