The red and black string I installed recently had some issues, which I described below.  Parker made it right  by sending me a brand new string. Loop, end and center servings all look tight and uniform. Great looking string. Thanks to Dough Harris of Parker.

Doug is a super person, I have contacted him on several occasions and he has always been polite and well spoken. He has always answered my questions without making me feel like I was a pain in the butt. I'm not surprised that he sent you a new string, Parkers customer service is top notch. Parker and Doug know how to keep their customers happy, if more US companies took Parkers lead this country would be in much better shape.

I would also like to add my thanks to Doug at Parker, he sent me a new sting for my BuckBuster 175 for serving wear with no questions asked. I purchased this crossbow over another one due to Parker's lifetime warranty and their customer service reputation. I can say they are both top notch in my opinion, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I too believe that Parker has one of THE BEST customer service philosophies of any American company out there. Haven't talked to them in several months, thankfully, but when my Cyclone was new last October, there was an issue that Parker took care of immediately. Great service and great people to talk with!!

I also have had the pleasure of dealing with Doug Harris. He swapped out a scope for me and was very professional, polite and knew what he was talking about. I was in the Archery business in the 1990's thru 2004 and I met alot of good people in the industry, but Doug Harris ranks right up near the top.

I also had a pretty worn string on my 2010 Tornado.  So I too gave Doug a call and he is sending me a new string and cable slide.  Thanks Doug!  I am so Glad I bought a Parker.  I will be buying one for my son in a year or two.

PS- Shot the REDHOT arrows for the first time last night and yes they are worth the extra $$$.  Unbelievable difference.  My son even was able to hit the exact spot he was aiming out to 40yds.  Actually he might be a little better than me.  But I will never tell!

More positive feedback!  I emailed Doug at Parker last night on a couple of minor issues myself and my buddies have had  and before 8am. this morning he replied and is sending me a new string and a part for a quiver. All issues taken care of ! What a great company ! Thanks Doug.

Good to see all this positive feedback here and thanks for being here Doug.  I am a new Parker Enforcer owner as of today.  I now have around 80 shots though this bow and am very pleased with its performance....After having some problems with another brand that left me with very low confidence in it my Pro Shop allowed me to get another of the same brand or choose another...It was between the Ten Point and Parker...life time warrantee made the decision for me.  Plus this is a very nice consistant shooting xbow.
