5,000 members in such a short time. This is surely a milestone. Jeff, it is mainly due to your goals for this forum and your willingness to let us members have a bit of freedom. You worked HARD to make this home for us crossbow hunters and we thank you for your diligences and your supervision. I remember the dark days when you were crossing us over from the old site to the new site and what you were going through. I want to take the time to also thank your wife and children for their patients too.
You did good, my friend.

I have found lots of information that I needed getting this setup on this forum.
And a real plus is that we have a Barnett rep that frequents this board and I have witnessed his involvement in helping members getting things fixed.
Personally I haven't have a problem with the bow itself but I had an issue with the kit supplied arrows blowing all the inserts out. A call to Barnett had me 5 replacements sent out. Then last week something really odd happened to my scope. I started seeing black spots in it and when I went to cleans the glass I discovered the black spots were actually inside the scope....I am 58 and have owned many different scopes over the years and have never witnessed this kind of an issue. I contacted my pro shop where I bought it and the contacted their rep. My replacement scope should be in on Monday....very happy with the service I am getting. Although I wish they could ship out things like this a little quicker.
Edited to add that I now have 134 shots fired with this box and the cables and sting still look new....Yes...I actually have kept a log on the number of shots....anal retentive maybe????

Thank you so much for the kind words. I have put more time than most would believe into making this site something great for all to enjoy. Give Specialized a big pat on the back too. He is a major contributor in helping make the site what it is, and puts in many hours without getting much in return.
