It's been a while since I've heard anything about crossbow legislation or regulation changes regarding crossbows for the state of Mississippi. Have things fallen into stagnation or has any real progress been made toward full inclusion. I know that the wheels of change turn slowly but it seems that Mississippi's wheels have stopped altogether, in this respect. Does anyone have any news?
