huntingal, if you look at the tree in the thread "A couple of pics" below that the buck is peeping around, it's the same tree. One of my ladder stands is about 25 yards away just uphill. Guess where I'm going to be next Saturday.

ahhhhhh...double sweet yum yum. The buck peeping around the tree in the other thread is a good looking buck...all the ladies in the pic above better watch out. In the pic above,the deer facing away from us and the one that has it's head behind the tree, the deer broadside with head behind the tree, could be a nice buck. I will send good hunting thoughts your way Buzz. As I sit in my stand this coming weekend, I will hope the best for us both.....( I am taking a personal day from school this Friday so hubby and I can hunt an extra day this coming weekend. (My liberal principal would croak if they knew.)
Gun season opens here the first weekend in November and I'd really like to get the buck I have my eye on before all the guns start going off.
