It is with great regret that we announce the UXBNJ will no longer be recognized as a non-profit organization. We have decided that our cause has run its course and we have WON the fight for the inclusion of crossbows for hunting in the state of New Jersey.
Our decision to cease our involvement was not made in haste. We feel will it will better serve our Crossbow hunters and enthusiasts to focus on one Archery organization rather than many, primarily due to annual dues, meetings and overall loyalty. Another factor for our decision was the acceptance of Crossbow use with regards to other archery organizations throughout New Jersey, another WIN for the UXBNJ.
We would like to thank our supporters and our staff for the years of service and dedication to our mission. Please remember that we are WINNERS and that history has been made with all of your efforts.

You did a lot for full inclusion in NJ, and for that I thank you.  This news is more than just a little disappointing, Paul.  This is a slap in the face to all of us who, on other sites, defended the organization's focus and mission.  You had an opportunity to align the UXBNJ with the ACF, as other states have done...and, instead, now that the full inclusion fight is over in NJ, you fold up the tent.

Good luck & thanks Paul!! YOU were there during the dark hours the the Crossbow Wars! You stayed the course! I am not from NJ but every state that fought the battle for crossbow inclusion was a stepping stone for the next state!.....

You're right Tim....he WAS there during the battles....where is he now?.......so much for the mission of the UXBNJ....this is a 'kick in the jimmies' for all of us who defended him and the organization....
