Is this your back yard / where you live? I hunt where where I live but often don't have the time to get into the tree stand. Also what is the average time you spend calling coyotes on the average hunt?

Archer
We have a small farm in western Indiana , usually call from a makeshift ground stand .
normally lately I  hunt for about 2 hours early am and late pm. Some times if the mood strikes stay from dark to after midnight.
Call for about two or three minutes ,watch and scan with green LED if dark for about 15 minutes ,repeat ,if nothing move   and start all over again.Paying close attention to wind direction.
I find ground hunting best. Now on my fifteenth coyote for the year.

Do you use an e-caller?  If not what do you use for a mouth call?

Usually use the johnny Stewart, rabbit in distress, mouth call.
Also various, hand mouse squeakers.

Are coyotes afraid of pop-up ground blinds like deer are?

Not afraid of my ground blinds that are brushed in and left up year round.
However have had better luck with makeshift blinds made out of picked up brush and limbs.
