I know a quality underdog when I see one.  And when the quality is right it's hard not to root for the little guy.

Scorpyd Crossbows don't have the brand-recognition as the very sexy PSE Tac-series, Band the Bow-Techs... but the PERFORMANCE and QUALITY is BETTER or equal to these household names without any shadow of a doubt.  Buuuut rather than me TELLING you - check it out yourself.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hOjuvsy8fY (several vids for the telson under darkhorse2reign)

Using HEAVY bolts and I am within 10 fps of 400fps using 22inch bolts.  On top of that it's as QUIET as (a mouse) my Diamond Black Ice!

Decide for yourself:

I agree with what you went over!   But you forgot to mention that fantastic trigger.   If anyone is interested in how quiet in db compared to other brands, Outdoor life has a crossbow review for 2011 on this bow on here. If your looking for a durable, accurate, relatively fast xbow that has a great trigger here it is.

Good shooting

Ah Tom! You're right. The Trigger on the Telson is an absolute dream.  In fact, even as a "gun" guy I never knew about triggers and accuracy till I shot this x-bow.  The Trigger is the best thing in my safe bar none... and I've got some quality stuff in the safe.
