Here are some pictures of what may be the new world record 8 point deer.  The buck was shot with a crossbow in Northeast  Ohio.  Rumor has it that this awesome 8 point gross scores 186" and after drying may net score over 181".  Hopefully I will have the full story soon.

Is it just me, or does it look photo shopped.  That first one especially looks fake.

I don't know about it being fake, but if it's real it's awesome!

Not fake.  My hunting partner just took it an hour ago in his living room.

That looks a lot like the one I am hunting. If you tell me that deer came from Licking county I am going to cry.

The deer came from Portage county.  AKA the same county the legendary hole in the horn came from.  I have the contact info to the lucky hunter and will try to get the entire story tomorrow.

Wonder how long it took him to stop shaking after he got a close up look at that buck, I might not be able to sleep for a couple of days!

To even SEE a buck of that magnitude is an accomplishment. But to actually arrow it? Congrats to the hunter and I look forward to reading it about it!
