I am new here and this has probably been discussed many times before but here in Nebraska it was legal to hunt during the regular archery season with a crossbow. My question is how many other states are the same way and who are they. Here in Neb it's not just deer. It also goes for Elk, speedgoats, and Turkeys.

Here in Louisiana you can hunt with the crossbow all season long. From 1 Oct till end of January. Our limit is three bucks and three does. The only stipulations are that during gun season you have to adhere to gun hunting rules ie hunter orange. On some of the wildlife management areas there is Bucks only hunting during the gun seasons.....Poindexter
