I'm missing the rational for having a follow-up arrow right on the bow...

Generally it takes me quite some time to reload my Tac15i.
It takes about the same amount of time to pull the arrow from a quiver clamped to my tree-stand, or quiver in my backpack, as it does to pull the arrow from a quiver attached to the bow.

I don't see a big time savings here, and the bow-quiver only makes the Tac15 heavier with additional weight out at the end, and it adds one more thing to get in the way.

That said, I'm always willing to learn if some can 'splain me the benefit!

For me it's the convenience of having the bow and arrows together while walking to and from the stand and not having to worry about forgetting your quiver back at your vehicle.  I never hunt with the quiver on and can't imagine being able to get a second shot off, especially when hunting out of a tree stand.  All about having all your eggs in one basket, just personal choice that works for me.

It is a detachable quiver (see the link i posted at the top of the page).

Benefits of being on the crossbow for carrying (for those who prefer that) and the benefit of coming off the bow when you want it off.
