Just wanted to show my first 10-pointer...surprised I got it last week considering all the problems I am having with the quad 400..double lung shot, went about 20 yards, stopped, and dropped a minute later.

That's a gorgeous buck!!  Congrats.  35 mph winds is not usually optimal for hunting.  Way to get out there and get in done anyway.....

thanks dan...yea I wasn't sure about even going, but figured its better then hanging out at home, and the wind was coming out of the south, so I was like "this is gonna blow" since my tree stand was facing north.. this buck came from the south, i looked back and he was 41 yards away, and then proceeded to head towards my tree.. you can see where my tree stand is in the lower picture, about 3 feet above the right(if looking at the picture) set of antlers.
