Hi all! I recently got my first crossbow, the Barnett Jackal and I've been learning a lot. My son Matthew came over to see it as he had never shot one. I showed him how to use it and we practiced. Since I'd already sighted it in for 30-40 yds it was pretty dead on with a scope. He was going to go set up his tree stand for shotgun season and since it is crossbow season right now I offered to let him take it. Low and behold, on his first crossbow hunt... this is what he got! Used Rage broadhead. Of course his dad is very proud!

Congrats to both you and your son for getting ONE VERY NICE deer !! I'am in proceess of joining the crossbow world myself...I can't wait !!!
