Parker will be adding four new crossbows to their line for 2012.  The, Gale Force 175 Crossbow, Tomahawk 160 Crossbow, Tornado F4 165 Crossbow, and the Challenger 100 Crossbow.  Prices will start at $399.00 for the lower end crossbow and reach over $1,100.00 for the upper end depending which scope options you choose.  As always, when I get more info on these new crossbows, you'll be the first to know.  Oh yeah, it is rumored that they may have dropped the Next camo they have been using the past few years.  Just a rumor though.

Unless you absolutely have to have a new crossbow, like now, at this point I would wait until after the ATA show in January. All the new Crossbows will be unveiled, Good stuff Coming.  :thumbsu:

Wait. With more and more states approving x-bow usage, the advances are coming quickly. Though speed sells, generally people appreciate balance, light weight, quietness, and good manufacturer support. For me, I like the SZ 380 but understand some knowledgable individual(s) prefer the SZ 350. Don't rule these out of your considerations.

Archery Trade Association trade show. It's a dealer only event held each year the second week of January to introduce the new years archery equipment.

Well I herd today that Parker is not using the reverse cam design any more. With that being said I would expect to see longer power strokes.

those are pretty much the same spects as the current tornado only difference is  the 340 fps up 10 from last year, so suspect the inverted cams are still in play given the power strokes are the same

It is a 4 limb bow now.  Axle to axle is 1" less and gained 10fps

We are no longer using the inverted cam system on the Tornado. The new bow is a Tornado F4. It's a very good upgrade to an already fantastic bow. Additionally we are including the string supressor kits with this bow, and a quiver and 4 Parker hunter bolts with all crossbows.

Wonder why Parker did not include the Kinetic energy in their description ?  I think this is very important when someone comes over to look at the bows with buying on their mind. According to an online calculator sent to me, http://www.huntonly...._energy_cal.php  340 feet per second with a 400 grain arrow is 103 lbs of kinetic energy. Parker should make that update ASAP I would think, for all their bows.

I know the 2011 Cyclone description had the kinetic energy in the description last year. It said 106 lbs Kinetic energy. That one of my questions in my decision when I came to the site to check out the bows.
