Going to re-flecth some TAC15 arrows in a 4 vane configuration (factory style). Should I adjust my jig with the clamp straight on the shaft or a small amount of right offset?..D

That totally depend on what vane you use.

Dorge is right.  I prefer to fletch perfectly straight at this point myself.

Hi All,
My own experimenting and notes on the TAC arrow shafts have produced varying results with different vane configurations. When I'm building and using TAC15 Arrows with Duravane 3-D's in a four fletch configuration, I've had my best results using a "Straight Fletch" with no offset at all.

In a 3 fletch configuration (with a modified upper Weaver Rail), I prefer using Duravane 3-D's in a 1.5 degree Left "Straight Offset" configuration to create a left handed rotation coming off the crossbow. I've had very good grouping results with this vane setting on the Aerojig.

This also assumes you've sorted your arrows according to spine and indexed your nocks to the stiff side of your spine, otherwise your results will be heavily skewed no matter what you do.

If using another vane you would need to experiment and test for optimal results.
