Measured my tiller on my Cyclone today and one side was off by 1/16". Is this enough to be concerned about? If so how do I correct it. Do I twist cables or loosen a limb bolt?

1/16th of a inch is not enough to worry about at all. Are you having a problem??

Just a thought check both limb bolts to see that they are tightened equally.Could possibly be the difference.
