Last Turkey for Me This Season

Well I took my last turkey for this hunting season this morning just before 9 a.m. when an arrow fired from my Ten Point GT Flex passed through it from neck to belly, Easton XX75 2219 with a NAP Spitfire on the end.  It flopped over and that was the that, it doesn't get much better than that.  No more turkey tags so I'll have to sit out spring turkey season, guess I'll go hunt pigs instead.

Nice shooting, Sporty!  That looks like some good eating.

I wish the dnr would open turkeys back up in my area.  They nest right around my blind, lol, but the dnr states that there are not enough birds in my county.  We were one of the original areas until they netted them out to spread them around the state.  The infestation of yotes and coons are terrible on the turkeys.
