I think Jim said 20" arrows for the Ventilator, and can go as low as 375 grains out of the 150# If I remember correctly, LOL!

What is advertised speed? With what grain arrow? With the ventilator 150.

It is only a matter of time before some of the other companies see the light. The Fury's latch box behind the riser and front of cam string on a reverse limb bow are Scorpyd patents as well. I know some didn't want to hear this, but I think it is a good move on their part. Not only does Jim get to license his technology, but he will be rewarded for all his hard work and forward thinking. This will also give him more capital to pursue better designs, while also bringing down the manufacturing costs per unit in the future.
There's only 1 out there that has something against Scorpyd/Jim and constantly spews venom on the line whenever possible. That's how the Horton bought out Scorpyd story started. But it's just one persons opinion, nothing more, nothing less.

Well, I'll likely be putting my order in any day now... ;) As soon as the funds are secured from my other bow I'll be good to go.
Go Get It!

Don't forget the new trigger/latch box with ADF, and crisp .030" break. Ventilated forend with finger shield. I was hoping for a railess design as well, but if that is in the works, it won't be this year. Check out the Maximus ERGO with the Scorpyd trigger/latch box, and Hortons Fury and Havoc with the Scorpyd Patents as well. Looks like Jim was busy licensing his technology to at least Horton and Maximus this year.

Technology costs money, and now he can reap the rewards from not only his line of bows, but whenever somone buys the Horton's or Maximus as well. This is all a good thing IMO.

And now Barnett too!

Maybe be an "extra" on a package deal? Torx head titanium bolts are costly, maybe they're the reason for the $100 increase over the SLP?

Yes I would like them on my 165 fur-sure. Titanium bolts are flat in color. No reflection from the sun is good while hunting. That's why I had camo fabric tape covering all the screws/bolts on my xbow.  What's the price Rex?

I think they are holding out for the big reveal, but I personally think the Companies that "leak" the pictures before ATA have the upper hand. More dealers will stop at your booth when they KNOW you have something new. The teaser pics are smart marketing IMO. If you don't reveal anything new, you might just get passed up or forgotten about in a show that big.

Scorpyd technology will sell a LOT of bows this year, and several will not even have their name on them. The best thing is that Horton and Maximus are back within our shores. This is just the tip of the iceberg for Scorpyd IMO. Congratulations to Jim! Nice to see the little guy not get squeezed out by the big Companies, and the forward thinking ones are licensing his "Reverse Draw Technology". :goodjob:

It's just a matter of time before all the Crossbow Companies figure out the right way to put limbs on!

Tom,

The price will be 75.00 If you want the Titanium bolts on a Telson or SLP, but they come standard on the new Ventilator. If anyone wants to order Titanium bolts just give Jim or me a call.

are there any other type of nocks that will work with the new bow. or will the bow not shoot without your nocks in place?

You can sure use other moon nock.  But then you are not using the most refined offering the bow can do and other "WONDERFUL" stuff that come alone with full- containment nock.

Beautiful bow. If it shoots half as good as it looks, thats one great bow. However it's approximately $300 out of my price range. :(

Haha I've already done 2 out of 3 of those things to get $300 short. But I suppose I could get a second job. ;)
