I really like the Excalibur arrows and I also like the lighted nocks. but the nocks on the Excalibur arrows are on so tight I have a real hard time getting them off. Do you have any suggestions, or maby you could start selling them with the lighted knocks already on.

You can buy firebolts without nocks. Easton also sells firebolts with the luminocks installed.

I've read somewere guys were screwing in field tips into the nocks, heating up just the field tip with a torch, and then puling the tip out with the nock still screwed on. Might be worth a shot.

I put my firebolts in a woodvice, tighten GENTLY, just enough to hold them. Screw in a field point to whichever end you want to remove. Use a micro torch to heat the field tip only for 15 to 20 seconds, anymore could damage the arrow. After heating, grasp tip with pliers or vice grips and GENTLY wiggle out insert. You may have to reheat. After you've done it once, its real easy. It works by transfering heat down through the field tip's threads, through the insert and softens the glue. After removal, you might want to quickly run a nylon bore brush through the arrow end to remove any excess glue that might be present inside the shaft while the glue is still warm. Some use boiling water to accomplish the same thing, but I find the torch method is faster, removes more glue and can be used in reverse for installing nocks and brass inserts with hot glue sticks. Do not use any glue with lumenocks. Hope this helps.
Hank
Note; If you don't have a wood vice, place arrow between two pieces of one by in a regular vice.

Been doing arrows for a lot of years but have never seen a field tip screwed into a nock before. How is this done?  My nocks do not have holes in them.

Only works on Easton firebolts. They have a threaded hole in the nock for an arrow pulling tool that Excal sells. You can purchase these aluminum nocks from Easton I beleive. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Aluminum nocks are not listed on the Easton Archery web site. Only plastic.

The nocks come out easily, just shoot the arrow into your target, then use the "pulling tool". After that, you can pull the arrows out by hand. Just happened to me with the first 3 arrows I tried the pulling tool on. The front aluminum ferrule with the field points also dislodged from 3 arrows (Firebolts) during today's practice. I found one in the dirt behind the target. What glue
should I use to repair it?
