How much roughly will the fff get me speed wise vs the one that comes on it? what are the pros and cons of using the fff? I've ordered the vortex.

Congrats on your vortex...your gonna love it!!
How much speed you gain will depend on a few things ( arrow/broadhead weight ) but roughly you should pick up 10-12fps. The pro is more speed, the con is it's less forgiving if you have a dryfire.

Adding the flemish string noticeably reduced the noise/ vibration from my pheonix. Enjoy your new bow!!!
