To start with this is one awsum site.
My wife and I bow hunted many years back. She has a Martin Prowler and I have a Martin Gonzo Safari with an 8" overdraw for smaller animals and PCS Lazer Flight for larger animals.
For health reasons I had to get out of hunting for a few years and now am trying to get back in but can no longer pull back the high pound compounds so a friend of mine has loaned me one of his X-bows. I have wanted to try hunting with one for years and this seems to be the time.
As with most new members I am trying to find out as much as I can about the X-bow which is a Horton EXP.
The serial number is : 25240. With this info can anyone tell me the poundage and approximatly how old it is, (it belonged to his brother originally)?
Yes son growing old is mandatory but growing up is still an option.

Welcome to the Crossbow Nation!

You might want to go to the Horton Crossbow section in "FORUM" and ask the Horton repersenative your question.
Hope he can help.
