Does anyone know if you can purchase crossbows online if you live in N.J.
I know Amazon will not ship there.

Yes they can be shipped to N.J. some companies have there own restrictions, Sportsmans Guide will.

I live in Maine, and I bought mine online, simply as retailers are slow to pick up on crossbows to
sell because of foolish state laws. Crossbows can only be used during the 4 week period
for deer and bear in the states firearm season. Folks feel their chances are better with
a gun so crossbow sales are minimal. Most archery shops don't even carry crossbows.

hey downeaster, i'm from maine too. im in hermon. i'm hoping they change our laws soon. at least to hunt turkeys with our bows. i don't know about your area, but we have turkeys everywere here.
