Ive been looking at those turkey broadheads called bullheads. I know i cant shoot them from my predator with 22" arrows. Question is, can i go up in length. Say 26"? I have a shop here that can build them custom for me, and line everything up proper. These are mainly gun and compound guys though, so i figured id start here.

Why would you want longer arrows for Turkey?Just use a different broad head the ones your looking at are intended for Compound I think.I dont think Ive ever heard of anyone shooting a long arrow like that?Check out HicktownArchery video on the Predator and him Turkey huntin:

As long as you clear the foot peg your good to go. Natural you still need a stiff bolt. By the way here is a fantastic tip for those heads. I set a paper turkey target up in front of a large group cat tails. I have got more than 8 shots in practice before the blades get bent up. Its also a great way to make salad..
