I work in a small rural hospital in Northern Michigan and you would be surprised how many people come through the ER with xbow injuries. The xbow wins every time. 90% of the time there is a broken bone or two. If your lucky, maybe just the top of your thumb is missing some skin. Regardless, it is a very painful situation. Bottom line is THINK, THINK, THINK. It is a weapon treat it as such!!!
