They come complete with vanes and inserts.  Here is the link with all the specs.  310 grains before adding the point.

Thanks for the info. I will pick some up they are about the same weight as what I am shooting now.They might be over kill for my bow 260fps max but the consistency is what I want.The sight claims that the capture nocks will work with my Horton wich takes moon nocks but I am not sure.I will have to look into that. Thanks again.
