Since I am off today, and can't hunt or fish, I will be brewing a batch of beer. First one since we moved back in July. It's all coming back easily enough! Should be a great I.P.A.

This one will have an Amber color, kind of rich, with a strong hop aroma and taste. Should be about 7.5% alc.

5 gallons per batch, equals 2 cases, give or take a few beers.

Brewing another batch today! This one is a Russian Stout, with added hops for a twist, and a special yeast that actually gives a slight banana aroma. Add to that a dry-hop technique that imparts a mild citrus aroma. Can't wait to try this one, it's gonna be a long 5 weeks!
