I have been trying to get information on my Horton EXP for about a week with out much luck when someone suggested trying Horton's web site, (Duh!).
Anyway I sent an e-mail to Horton yesterday,(Sunday) about 09:00 hours and figured I'd give it a couple days then check for an answer. About an hour and a half later I got back on the computer to check out the forum a bit and when I got on line I had an e-mail from a fella named Lee', one of Hortons Rep's, waiting for me. He had either an answer for each of my questions or let me know how to find the answers for myself.
It is refreshing to find someone that is as conserned with the customers that are still shooting the older X-Bows as they are the customers shooting the X-bows still under warranty......even on a Sunday.
Just my two cents worth.

I have always got a fast response from Horton. There customer service is second to none IMHO. That's one of the reasons I have a second Horton.

I agree dropzone, The quick response and helpfulness is why I'm considering a Bone Collector for when I can put the money back for it.
Got a question for you dropzone if you don't mind. With the handle dropzone does that mean you were,or are, airborne? I was in the 82nd myself.

No sir I was 86w petroleum supply. The dropzone was when I was signing up on this sight every name I could think of was taken and I had a package on the table next to my recliner that was from a Trophy ridge Dropzone arrow rest I tried it and it took so I'm dropzone. I had a couple friends that was Airborne one of them was a Airborne Marine, I loved partying with them and they were fun to party with but they are are some crazy mother_______'s. But you paratroopers have to be a little crazy to jump from a perfectly good airplane.
