Hi Rex,    What's the difference between the new latch box and the old one. Is that click sound gone?  What the difference in the new trigger vs. the  Telson trigger.   I saw some comments from guys that shot the vent at the ATA and, they were told the trigger on the production model would be different?  You can get technical because all these guys are salivating for any info.

Tom,

The trigger at the ATA show was a little ruff because it was a prototype. The new Ventilator trigger will have half the travel as the other models.

I wish Jim would design a parallel mount. I know my new Ventilator will have a parallel mount weather Scorpyd designs one or not.

Here is the one I put together for my 165. Works great!

I actually prefer it the way it is now on my 165.  But its just a matter of personal taste.  I just like my arrows to go from limb to limb.

But for others that like it the other way nice job you did there.

You should start manufacturing and selling those mounts if the factory is unwilling to do it.

The quiver still mounts like it does on the other models. We are working on a parallel mount that will work on all Scorpyd models. Once it is available Jim or me will post it on Crossbow Nations. Once is available for shipping it can be ordered by anyone that has a prior Scorpyd model.

Thank you Rex, I'll be looking forward to what you have to offer.
I would also like to thank you for patiently answering all my questions over the phone and I really enjoyed talking with you. I appreciate that. I know you probably go over the same questions day in and day out but you made me feel like it was the first time you were asked.

The regular attachment is just fine with me as I despise having a quiver attached to my bow whether I practice or hunt; that goes with either my compound or crossbow.
Off they come in the blind or treestand !

Scorpyd Crossbows...Nothing else compares !
I'd rather kill with a crossbow than wound with a compound !
"Compound Bowhunters"...Why do you fear the more humane and efficient weapon ?

Maybe a good hip quiver is the ticket, less clutter on the bow the better?

I think Rex is talking about the Michigan Deer and Turkey expo here are the dates and a link to the show.  Bad River Outdoors is listed as an exhibitor booth.  I'm going to make a trip just to look at the ventilator.
