This question might be best for the Scorpyd forum. However I'll give my opinion on the subject.
I ordered the 125 model because it should be easier to draw (I'm thinking about tree stand situation and my wife being able to cock it) and it should be less vibration. I'm also assuming that less vibration will result in less wear n tear on the bow itself. Also less vibration means quieter. All this and it's still wicked fast.
Now it's only a 25 pound difference so it remains to be seen if the difference in vibration will be noticable.
EDIT: There is also the possibility that 400 FPS may require a nicer arrow that can handle that kind of force. And by nicer arrow I mean more expensive. However at hunting distances (10 - 50yds) this may be a non issue. Just something else to think about.

I didn't mean to sound like speed was a bad thing. It's more of a fun challenge to have. Many guys can shoot slower arrows consistently.
Only a few can do it with the faster arrows. I guess it depends on how much you want to experiment. You can also shoot heavier arrows to slow a 150 down to the sweet spot if you wish. If you get a 125/150 vent. I would like to hear your comparison between your two xbows. I saw on another post you already have a rdt125. What part of PA are you from?

If you don't mind me asking why are you thinking about getting the Ventilator when you just got the RDT125?

Ahh I see. Well if this will be kinda a replacement bow, and you're happy with the speed you're getting out of the RDT125, then I think you should go with the Vent125.
Now you may be able to argue that the Vent150 will have a better resale value. Something else to think about (if that matters to you).
