What is the difference between these two bows?

kybob,

The SLP is the solid limb platform model and the RDT is the split limb model.

Does Scorpyd still make the RDT? I don't see it on the website.

kybob,

The RDT is the first Scorpyd model which was replaced by the Telson.

Bob,

The RDT was made up until 2010 with split limbs in the 100 and 125 pound bows.

In 2010 the RDT 165 was introduced with solid limbs, and would be the only year for a solid limb RDT. This was also the last year of the RDT. (IIRC, there might have been an 80# RDT split limb offered this year as well as the 100 and 125, but I have CRS to blame it on if they didn't.)

In 2011, the Telson was introduced with split limbs in 90, 110, and 130 pound bows. The RDT 165 was changed to the SLP 165, 125 and 150 pound limbs were also offered.

For 2012, the Ventilator was introduced in 100, 125, and 150 pound bows. The Telson and SLP are still offered and have been unchanged.
