Since a lot of metal bolts have weight forward, should we try to taper our bolts by sanding, cutting, rasping them to diameter of notch ?
nuder question, have seen some wooden bolts with no fletching at all, should crossbow bolts have any feathers? I understand their function to stabalize shaft and true aim, by spinning!
regarding first post about paradox; would shafts till be spined since they will come under even more stress by not being thrown against the handle, riser block?
