I'll try to get in touch with him. Write him an email, which I'm sure you have already, and I'll see if I can't get in touch with him for you. I know he's got a ton of stuff going on. It's that one man band thing. If its a warranty thing, shoot me a PM with the details and I'll try to expedite it for you.
Take care,
Tim

Derrick is one very busy fella, bless his heart. I got to speak with him on the phone the other day. Very articulate gentleman, and we had an interesting conversation. I decided right then, for sure, that I wanted to order his DTM 330 package. Received an email in answer to some further inquiries I'd made from him this morning that he was headed back from a show in Quebec. I am stoked to receive my xbow, and quite happy that I went with Middleton. I'll give ya'all more info when I've shot my new bow.
Glad you were able to work things out, Bowhunter-57!

-57, I haven't yet! **BuMMeD** Actually, I'd emailed Derrick back with more questions, and am thinking about the DTM 355 instead 0f the 330. I'm a big fella, and I'm certain that I can rope cock it. Plus, as I'm thinking toward the future and a crank cocker anyway, the extra poundage'd be easy.... I HAVE already received my YellowJacket crossbow target block from Cabela's! I am stoked to get my bow and get shooting!! If you have any specific tips you'd like to share, I'd surely like to hear 'em!

I am 62 with a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder and a bad left elbow that will not allow me to straighten my arm completely out. I bought a new Excal Vortex 200 lb. bow the other day and I have no problems at all cocking it with the rope cocker. I doubt seriously that I can bench press 100 lbs. anymore. I would not think you will have any problem at all with the 335 cocking it.

The rope cocker will cut the pull down to 110 which is just 55lbs per arm to draw it. If your over 5'10" the extra inch draw wont slow ya down none. The one thing noticeable right off the bat is how light the bow is, and balance. Doesnt feel front heavy at all.
Unless you are already outfitted, order the new 355 package deal, you get a nice 425fps illuminated scope, rope cocker, quiver arrows - everything you need to get shooting right away. He's sending out Victory arrows in the package, and not bad. I'd also order another six arrows to go with package if you plan on shooting a lot. The scope alone is worth the package price.
Totally outfitted with scope quiver arrows etc, it weighs in at about 8lbs. A lot of other bows bare bones are this weight before add ons. Ask around on the forum here, for penetration at distance its hard to find a better bow. The 355 bare bones is under six lbs...

Fellow shooters, **GriN** to stay in line with the thread topic... I JusT got off the phone with Derrick, and my bow is set to ship Monday! WooHooo!! I decided on the DTM 330 over the 355 for a number of reasons... Shorter overall length, plenty of speed AND kinetic energy for anything I'd want to perforate, the difference in speed from the 355 is negligible to the critters I plan to harvest at the ranges I might attempt to harvest them, and if I'm shooting a bunch at the range I expect it'll be a touch easier on my back! With sharp broadheads I don't think penetration will be an issue! Shucks, my Howard Hill bamboo Big Five longbow only pushes @ 185 FPS and sharp broadheads have done fine with her! **WinK**
I appreciate your thoughts. God bless America!

Hey Lightfoot where did you come up with 425fps from a 355?

Think he said the scope is a 425fps, not meaning the bow.....(425fps capable)
