Anyone here use Treewalker brand tree stands.I am considering ine but haven`t made up my mind yet.Would like to here from Crossbow hunters who have actually sat in one.I`m looking for one that is under 20 .lbs & comfy for all day sitting. The reason being I have a long rugged walk thru mountainous terrain.I know theres some stands that weigh less but once I get to where I`m going I`m not cominng out so it need be comfy for all day long.

Summit makes a tough, light stand. I have the viper and that seat is comfy.

I have the Summit Viper XL, and, I can stay from day-light till dusk with no problem. I am a pretty big fellow, 6'1", and 240lbs. I looked at the Tree Walker, and I can tell you, it ain't a Summit! My Summit only weighs a couple more pounds, and I too have a long walk in the mountains for most of my hunting. It isn't a problem to carry at all. I did put a pair of padded back-pack straps on it, the nylon straps that come on it dig in your shoulders after an hour or so.

I agree with cyclonic once again. I have also added heat shrink tubing to the S hooks on top of the seat bungee cord. I hated the clanking they made against the aluminum frame. It was like ringing s bell and walking thru the woods!

Thanks for the info.I`m also wanting to use the same stand for a reg. bow as well so being able to stand-up & make a shot is also high on the list.

Looks like a knockoff of the Tree Lounge to me.

Treewalker is a good american made stand.
http://www.cougarclawusa.com/ is a good american made stand that is 17 lbs rated for 300 lbs and climbs super quiet. Very comfortable stand that is all welded.
Both companies build quality stands made in the USA. Both company owners are good guys to deal with and stand behind their products.
