The Obituary of Rev 300, Rev Doyle Israel, of Michigan and a member of this site was listed today in our local media.  Apparently this gentleman and supporter of crossbows has lost his battle with cancer.  Our sympathy is extended to his entire family and to all of his friends.

It's sad to read this. Rev was a wonderful person. He will be missed.

I hate to hear this, I was asking another member recently if they had talked to him. He had been sick for a long time.

Though he has gone on to his reward, Rev 300 will certainly be missed.  I recall when he first found he had cancer he was very worried for his wife.  We'll have to keep her in our prayers along with the rest of the family.

I'm doing okay although this body I am in isn't doing so hot. But the Lord is giving me a new one, so why worry about it?

I hope it is appropriate that I pass his wife's words on to this board.

It was a  horrible sickness of 4 years and his suffering was unbearable...I can't  imagine my life without him right now. I will have to go hour by hour  for now.  I am happy that he has a brand new body and pain free. I will  miss him every second of everyday ..... I want to Thank everyone who has  walked this journey with us and for all the love and prayers that saw  us through...everyone has been so kind....Thank You and God's Blessings  your way. I appreciate the information, I've been praying for him for awhile.  I will miss him and I know he hasn't been on here for awhile but when he was we talked quite a bit.  I was on the original Rev's team for the hunting contest a few years back.  Praying now for the family.
