I shoot 100 grain BH on my vertical bow and when I started with the crossbow I just used the same grain to try and keep things simple. I have noticed that many of you seem to go with the 125's or heavier any reason?

FOC  is key. Spend $35.00 and try some 150's. Bolt cutters are good. Or brass insert, etc.

I realize that the KE will be more but will speed loss be noticeable or is it to minimal to notice? BTW I shoot a 10 pt turbo XLT. Thanks for the info.

Out of my tornado (330fps) I loose 7 fps. To me accuracy is more important than 7 fps!!
