Early this morning very cold, went to a friends place that raises chickens, Arriving before daylight .Earlier in the week he called and said a Coyote was hanging out in the back of the property near a pond with cut timber piled up. I set up near the back of a long barn with the wind in my face, and a view of the pond area about 100 yards away. I started calling using an electronic hand call utilizing a coyote challenge howl. After about 20 minutes as I scanned the pond area with my green LED Bowlite I see eyes. The coyote starts coming toward me in a back and forth slow crotched approach. At about forty yards the coyote drops down and starts crawling .I can not get a good shot at this time because all I can see is eyes. At 20 yards the coyote stops and turns figuring something is not right. As the coyote runs toward the pond,I yelled very loud, Hey,as the coyote turns to look back he catches an arrow with a slick trick mag in the chest from my Tenpoint Turbo, does a back flip and the young male and is done. Really like this coyote hunting, started hunting them with my crossbow last year.

Sounds like you need to get into the exterminating business and make a few bucks doing what you love.
A buddy of mine did this when he lived out west & claimed he made some good money as his reputation grew. His statement was, what good is an ex-marine sniper except for killing something. lol
