This Bill has been presented to the House Committee on Natural Resources.
It would remove the requirement for crossbow hunters to wear orange during archery seasons.
It would also require 144 square inches (12"X12") of orange be placed on all sides of any blind during firearm season.
It is not known whether there will be changes to this bill but IMO adoption of this bill will happen sometime this year and take effect for the 2009-2010 hunting seasons.
