Take the poll here.
New Jersey recently became the fourth state this year to approve the use of crossbows during the archery season, joining Pennsylvania, Texas and Michigan. The new additions bring the number of states allowing crossbow use in bow-only deer seasons to 12. The others are Alabama, Arkansas, Maryland, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Wyoming.
Is it finally time to do the same in New York State? What do readers think?

Internet polls are only good for one thing - adding hits to the site for selling advertisements.
Joke of the week.............

The polls do one thing for sure. They stir the pot and keep it stirred. The more stirring that takes place the more people are aware of what is going on. Then you can actually get a real consensus of what the people involved want.

Ah, an idealist. Ok, I'll put pen to paper and contact my congressman. But I will talk to God tonight, just in case.

i voted yes naturally, and as in most crossbow or actually all crossbow polls online in NY it will be overwhelmingly in favor of crossbow inclusion.
online polls are a good thing, lawmakers do spend time on their PCs and read publications to get a pulse of what the people who may or may not vote for them think...
