Its been some time sence iv been on this site but iv found the Hawke BRC to be one of the best sighting in programs.  I have a predator, season opens on Oct 15 so im checking out the scope and any tips on crossbow nation.  Well I saw an ad for Hawke and down loaded the software.  Im using it on my barnett scope and its dead on out to 62 yards at my 4th line.  Has anyone used this software? And do all scopes have the same line distance from the 1st to the 2nd and so on?  By the way i sighted in at 20 yards and the rest fell into place as the software said 2nd line 35 yards 3rd at 49 and the 4th 62..

Have used it. Works great. By sheer coincidence, my 355 fps Cyclone is right on with the 20, 30, 40 and 50 yard aimpoints.

spacing is not the same but the Hawke BRC program is wicked accurate. Watch out for Hawke as they will be a major sports optics force going forward. More neat stuff to come.:ack2:

figured the program worked so well I just purchased a Hawke SR camo..  and  put it on, I'll be sighting in tomorow at 7am with no wind.. Very cool scope and super clear.. Im thinking the circles will help with yardage differances.

the circles ... yes... I like also seeing exactly what I am shooting at since it is in the circle... and on a target that is kind of round or round I find it is actually easier for me to line it up and keep it lined up by focusing on keeping it aligned to the circle edges closest to the fit.  I love my hawkes and will be getting more for pellet guns, you name it ...
I do have a varizone today and shot it for the first time.. very pleased with the accuracy and the fit of the lines to the phoenix so far; only shot to twenty but ten and twenty are dead on.. tomorrow is fifty worked up from thirty then forty etc. will work with the settings till I get it as close as possible then will write it down and reduce it enough to have it with me on the scope lens covers when flipped up on the eye peice ocular.. like draw the crosshairs and the yards that correspond and the betweens too...
will report if I shoot good enough to tell the truth.. if not..
I will lie, probably.. . naw... just kidding.
