I bought a Morrell Broadhead Target last year.
Very first shot (a ~450gr tipped with a Montec) passed through. Actually my backstop was wooden plank fencing that the target was leaning against. The Montec went clean through the target (18" thick?) and sunk nearly 3/4" into the plank fence. The nock was barely visible, fletching toasted. And that was a brand new target, very first shot (and only shot). I took it back the next day (with the arrow still in it) for a full refund. Then bought a Rinehart 18-1. To tell the truth, the Montecs are ripping the hell out of the Rinehart as well. It might last the guaranteed year but not much more than that.

If it was the yellow Yellowjacket target, it was not designed to stop high KE arrows either. I shot through one brand new myself (it says that it will stop any broadhead
).The black Yellowjacket target is for crossbows, It's almost twice as heavy, and stops everything that I have. I do get about 12-16" penetration depending on BH and bow used, and arrow removal isn't what I'd call easy.
I just got an 18-1, but haven't shot it yet. I expect that it will be better.
