i've seen the ones that stick to your limbs used on a video. anyone use them ?

Save your money, if they are for your crossbow. Does not reduce noise noticeably, in fact, slows arrow speed if applied out on the limbs.
Phoenix, Vortex and Cyclone; single shot rifles and handguns.

some like them, some dont..but they help the vibration on my horton..i use them

Put a set of the Sims on my Exomax , they did nothing to make it any quieter.
