It was brought to my attention on another forum that NFAA may be considering deleting crossbows from their events. I find it hard to believe that with all the states including crossbows that this might even be considered.
I have emailed them my thoughts, graciouly, and urge you to do the same. I hope this is just misinformation, not something they are seriously considering. At any rate, positive emails backing continued crossbow use in their events couldn't hurt.

Our nation is growing each day. And we are only the tip of the iceberg. Not all crossbow hunters are a part of our family yet. They make themselfes impossible by excluding a growing hunting sport. By excluding the crossbow, it is a form discrimination of this group of hunters. Elite thinking and just expelling our way of hunting is rude.
Just my opinion

Crossbow hunting is a noble way of hunting

Shooters,
This was never an issue at the NFAA meeting. There was no intrest by the voting people. Never even was brought up for vote. Dead issue.
Thought some would like to know.
Kenny.

Kenny,
Thanks for clearing that up. I just found out that as you said, it was never considered. I applaud the NFAA for their stance. Sorry I neglected to mention that, but I was busy with other things this weekend.

Sir,
You can contact Indiana NFAA directors to bring this up for proposal. They will to see if there is enough interest to warrant further review.
